Query-Point® is a platform for getting information from signs of all types, through the use of our app, into the hands of consumers.
The app and service is always free to app users.
By having your 501c3 charity listed in our directory, it makes it easy for app users to find out about and keep up with you anytime. No matter if they see a bumper-sticker, a Tee shirt or hear about your group on the radio or see an ad on TV, or just simply think of your group, app users may easily connect.
How it works: The app user must be within a 30-mile radius of the center of the city or town in which the charity is located. The app user may then say the name of the charity into the app and be connected directly to the charity.
“Hey Charities” is the short cut keyword that app users may use to grab info from any charities within range.
Inquiries stay in the app user’s history for review at any time that is convenient.
What info the app user receives:
Audio is always first. The audio may be our up to 2,000-character text to speech or, an audio file providing the same message heard on TV or radio. There can be multiple pictures to view.
Contact points could include phone, text, and email.
Video can be posted.
Additionally, there may be links to several websites, possibly a donation page, and to multiple social media pages. All of this is easily changed anytime.
Each directory listing is easily shared and has a printable QR code for additional flexibility.
The subscription fee is $20 (plus applicable sales tax) per month, with a 30-day free trial.
To activate the account beyond the 30-day trial we must have an assertion of status, contact information and a copy of your IRS determination letter.

About the system: Query-Point uses the fixed GPS location of a location or sign, and compares that to the moving GPS location of the user using our app. When the two locations come within range of each other (called a geo-fence), the system can respond to the person speaking keywords into the app; the system then provides an audio response along with other data being sent through to the app to the consumer.
