Query-Point® is a platform for getting information from signs of all types, through the use of our app, into the hands of consumers.

The app and service is always free to app users.

Remember My Life is intended to help celebrate and share the life and legacy of a loved one.

We encourage the person who takes on the role of administrator to get an account and begin to encourage friends and family to begin contributing their own tidbits that will make for a rich and long lasting memorial. Simply identifying the different family members in old photos can be an immense help in a healing process. This may all be done well in advance of any required activation or payment. It also allows for time to order any signs that might be desired and get them to the location.

The cost is $50 (plus applicable sales tax) and paid only when you activate the full service. The service is designed to work outdoors using the same technology as our business and professional services, allowing for the temporary placement of memorial signs at places significant to your loved one. It connects indoors through the use of a QR code that reaches the same information. The QR code remains active after the signs become inactive.

How it works: A consumer that has our free app, when within 1200 feet of your memorial sign, may say the name of your loved one and see and hear the information you provide, through the app. They may also say “Hey Remember” and grab the same information.

Once set up, there are icons on the map found on the app that represent the sign locations for that 14 day period of time.

What info the app user receives:

The information that is represented by the sign may be changed at any time. Through the app, audio is always provided first. The administrator may use our up to 2,000-character text to speech voice to provide the message, or an MP4 file.

The administrator may provide app users and viewers with pictures to view, text to read, and a video link; along with any pertinent website and social media links. The administrator may also place a donation link. Plus, the app user may be allowed to connect with the family using phone, text or email, as desired. These connections may be altered or deleted at any time.

You may sign up for the service now at no charge, which allows the administrator time to assemble audio or video, pictures, add locations for any important activities, and generally focus people on looking ahead to a remembrance of life.

There is a mapping feature that may be turned on and off to provide directions to a church, funeral home or other gathering spot.

For memorial services the QR code makes it easy for attendees to view pictures and video at their own pace.

The message, from either the sign or the QR code, is easily shared on social media and through email and text message.

You may place memorial signs at 5 different locations for 14 days. These signs have a 1,200-foot geo-fence. We have a suggested sign design on our sign page here. At the end of the 14 day period, the QR code will continue to link to the memorial web-site.

 

About the system: Query-Point uses the fixed GPS location of a location or sign, and compares that to the moving GPS location of the user using our app. When the two locations come within range of each other (called a geo-fence), the system can respond to the person speaking keywords into the app; the system then provides an audio response along with other data being sent through to the app to the consumer.
